Suitable if you have a specific research question in mind, are looking for information on particular ancestors, or wanting to follow one family line rather than the full tree. All research is provided in the form of a detailed written report.

4-Generation Pedigree Package

We will research your family history going back up to four generations from the starting person (if this is yourself, we will research up to your 2x great grandparents) and you will receive a detailed written report of the findings and a drop-line pedigree chart.

This is a good introduction to your family tree and can also be used as a starting point for you to conduct your own research.

Research at the Record Office

Can’t get to the record office? We will consult the records for you.

This service is available for records at Wiltshire, Berkshire, Gloucestershire, Oxfordshire, and Somerset record offices. Visits to other record offices may be available upon request – please get in touch for more information.

Local History Research

Research into local areas to add rich detail and social context to your ancestors’ lives.

Photographs

We can take photographs for you of the places your ancestors came from and, where possible, their graves, houses they lived in, and places they worked.

Photographs can be provided as high-quality digital copies, prints, or both.
